5 SIMPLE WAYS TO KEEP YOURSELF HAPPY

Hello family, so today I came up with some tips that has been helping me stay happy in a world filled with unavoidable and inevitable problems, worry, greed, poverty, death, etc. Check out some of the ways below:


1.     Expressing gratitude: It produces a positive energy flow which channels you to feel happiness in your heart for blessings large and small, you will instantly relax. Gratitude enables you to fall in love with your life, it heals your mind, your body and your spirit, and it attracts more things to be grateful for.

2.     Compare yourself with less privilege: Less privilege here doesn’t mean those who are motherless or in orphanages alone but there’s  this saying that says no matter how poor you think you are physically, financially, academically, health wise, etc, you will still find out you are  better than some people, so be grateful and stay happy for your life and rejoice with those who are better.

3.     Worry Less: As human we tend to worry more about lot of happenings in our lives, over thinking is the biggest cause of unhappiness, if you want to stay happy channel your mind into a productive meditation instead of worrying, keep yourself occupied, if you know how to worry definitely  you can think in creative manner.  Think positively, Think things out that can sprout into  an idea that you can easily build on daily to benefit you and the society at large.

4.     Pray: Instead of worrying take all your burdens to God, for he cares for you. Submit your problems to God, He is your father, he knows your needs, all you need to do is ask and have faith.

5.     Live Life: Don’t let life live you, any situation you find yourself just know it is temporal, therefore when life is good, make sure you enjoy it to the fullest, and when life is not so good, remember that it will not last forever and better days are on the way.
