HEART BROKEN........JUST DO THIS
Trust me, Its your starting point because the things that you have
lost are finite but the things that you still have the possibility to find are
infinite. Your imagination can lead you to places that are full of happiness
and love.Optimism is the most important thing.
The day you make yourself understand that somewhere out there in the world,
something good awaits you; things will start to get better for you. Life is not
an easy path, its tricky business. But you’ll feel more proud of yourself for
bearing the hardships than rejoicing in the happy times.
I finally saw the
good in the heartbreak, the importance of emotional independence after forced
freedom and I finally knew why it happened: it happened because I deserved
better. All of it was destined to happen for me to know that there are men
better than the man I loved and there is love truer than the love I was given,
or spared of. All of it took place to show me that I deserved better.
Now that I look
back, I only feel like thanking the guy who left me crying on the floor and did
not think it right to console me. I want to thank him for leaving me, for
sparing me of his incomplete love and letting me have the world for myself. My
mind is a much clearer place now, with no imaginary happy places and no trees
to chirp around, my idea of love has evolved and I want to thank him for it.
I am ready for all
the storms and I can bear heavy showers only to rise up stronger, I can sort
out between love and lust and I can see what is good for me, and I want to
thank him for it.
If you truly commit to positive
affirmations, planning ahead on your day, and journaling, your single life will
start to feel so valuable that you would never give it up for anything short of
unconditional love. But until you discover that security in yourself, you will
keep on falling for all the wrong people. Just like I used to.
So, stay focused on bringing out
your best self.
If you think you’re ready, just
start today. And if you think you’re not ready, work on getting yourself ready.
This is the one and only life you’re getting and you NEED to find true
happiness in it. So mark it on your calendar- one year of staying single,
starting from today. One year of becoming an expert of your own self. One year
of providing for your own needs and wants. One year of truly fulfilling
yourself. One year of overcoming all your insecurities. One year of discovering
your true calling. And one year of living your life to the absolute fullest!
Just take a moment to think of all
the people who die without ever getting the chance to fully live or love. What
exactly will your life look like in 5 years if you don’t take off this one year
to be complete?
Do you feel like you’re ready now? Good! Here is all you’ll have to do:
Do you feel like you’re ready now? Good! Here is all you’ll have to do:
1. Start every day with affirmations.
The first thought on your mind the
minute you wake up in the morning is going to pave the way for the second, the
third, the 42nd, the 90th, and so on. Make sure all these
thoughts are empowering. Focus on things like how confident, valuable, capable,
useful, kind, worthy, generous, independent, happy, dependable, joyful, bold,
adventurous, loving, and secure you are.
Keep pumping
yourself up with all these positive affirmations, especially in the times when
you feel really low.
A lot of people
tend to lose track of their thoughts which disrupts their lives, and continues
to become their words, habits, actions, and fate. Whatever it is that you want
or need to be in life, affirm that before you get out of bed in the morning.
Then, keep building on those thoughts the entire day.
If you don’t keenly
choose to think of positive affirmations, your subconscious mind will start to
take over with preprogrammed statements- which will usually be negative. So
keep flooding yourself with conscious motivation from morning till night.
Change your thoughts to change your life!
2. Plan your day ahead.
Every morning,
write down all the things you need to do to become the best version of
yourself. After the positive affirmations, take some time to reflect on the
things you can accomplish in order to excel in your hobbies, your profession,
and your personal development. Create a list, the tackle each item on it
throughout the day, checking them off as you accomplish them, congratulate
yourself on the efforts, and motivating yourself along the way.
If you feel like
you’re having doubts about what to write down, just go back to your basic human
needs: health, security, happiness, doing the things you love, feeling proud of
the things you do, making a difference in people’s lives, being independent and
providing for yourself.
Try to think of
challenges that will help bring out the best in you. This way, you will never
look for someone else to do your jobs.
Sometimes it pays to stay alone for a while to enable you figure out what you really want in life.
I hope it helps you.
