Productiveness and
been busy are two different action word, most times we usually see or know
that we are busy doing one thing or the other, but not long ago I found out that am
only been busy and not been productive, I kept doing a routine activities,
nothing new and constructive, just doing same thing day in day out, I wasn’t
happy with myself, because within me something kept telling me I can do better things, I know
some people get that talk instinctively,
and all the while ideas pooping in and out without been utilized…you know what I started
doing.
I started been mindful: mindfulness is a peace
mental state achieved by focusing ones awareness on the present moment, calmly acknowledging and accepting ones feelings, thought and sensations, I
began to be mindful of my thoughts and ideas that pope into my head.
Filter : We often waste time doing unnecessary things and this is because
we don’t have clarity. But once we sort and filter our thoughts through mindfulness, it
simply retains your cleared goals, vision, dreams, and then garbage out others, when we work on what is important, and our overall productivity improves. The
practice of mindfulness can help us sort out the chaos in our minds. This gives
us better clarity as to what is truly important and priority.
Pay close
Attention: lot of ideas roam within us, some might seen stupid and sarcastic,
and funny at first, that means even those tasks which we usually identify as a
waste of time or simple and mundane can be transformed into something that is
useful. This way, everything we do throughout the day can be productive and
developed.
Practice
work in progress (WIP): you know when you have clarity
about your purpose and how you can be productive, it energises your mind into action, it helps you work on them daily
and make steps to getting close and closer to your goals and dream as each day
passes by.
These point above actually works, when you stray or forget, kindly get back here read it again and be fired up.
